The Ez Trimmer removes unwanted leaves from hemp flowers and is the only solution that can deliver trim quality which surpasses manual methods. HOW IT WORKS
The Ez Trimmer is not only quiet and lightweight, but also features the following unique adjustable controls:
–Flower Movement through Airflow and Suction
The air flow is considered properly adjusted when it moves the product around the grate while also allowing the silicone fingers to separate and roll the product. Properly adjusting the airflow and suction eliminates excessive handling and unnecessary agitation.
-Rotation & Separation of Product
This is something you will want to adjust based on whether you are trimming wet or dry product as well as adjusting for different strains. Properly adjusting the rotation and separation will reduce batch times.
The Ez Trimmer is not only quiet and lightweight, but also features the following unique adjustable controls:
-Wet & Dry Trim Functionality
Properly adjusting the cutting blade and implementing the different grates for wet and dried product will ensure a quality trim without damaging flowers.
-Batch Time Control
The Ez Trimmer allows you to watch the product as it is being trimmed, and adjust cycle times, based on what you see during each batch. Every strain and batch are different, so it is important to adjust accordingly. Proper batch time control ensures that flowers are trimmed to your desired level of quality.
TRIM COLLECTION & FILTRATION
Our patented and unique filtration system comes with four collection bags which have varying micron levels for separating and collecting the leaf as it’s trimmed. The first bag collects the larger leaf & stem. This product from this level is good for extraction and separates most of the chlorophyll filled leaf. The second bag collects your sweet leaf making it excellent for extraction & pre-rolls. The third bag is your B grade keif (green), and the fourth bag is your A grade keif (gold). Separating the trim and keif has a lot of upside for both the extraction and creating new revenue streams. Additionally, these bags can also be utilized for manual dry sifting.
DRY TRIM PREP GUIDELINES
IT IS CRUCIAL THAT THE PRODUCT IS DRIED AND PREPPED PROPERLY PRIOR TO TRIMMING, THIS MEANS, ALL OF THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN INDIVIDUALIZED, AND THAT THE OUTER LEAVES SNAP, AND DO NOT BEND AT ALL WHEN DISTURBED
We have guidelines in our Shuck to Shelf SOP to help you safely get your product ready for the machine if you do not believe you are currently able to do so. We recommend that the product homogenize to 40-50% RH in order to achieve the ideal outer “crispiness” to and inner “sponginess.” This will allow your product to be trimmed with the maximum efficiency and safety.

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Grower's Choice lights are processed with at least a 6 business day lead time.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us, send us an email at info@kumanstek.com.

Returns/Refunds/Warranty
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kumanstechnology.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
– Kumans Technology, LLC products are warranted against defects in packaging, material and workmanship for 30 days from the original purchase. No item may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from our customer service department. Defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, alteration of the product, or improper storage is not covered by this limited warranty.
Cancellations
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a administration fee which can be up to $100, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@kumanstechnology.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RETURNS
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges when returning an item(s).
Request return shipping information before returning any merchandise. Contact us before returning any items and items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition and free of wear. All parts must be present when returned.
All brands: Only one item may be returnable.
Defective/incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we got you covered. We will pay for the return shipping costs as well as pay for getting the product to you. Kumans Technology will not pay the return shipping charges for more than one product if the product was sent back and not defective/incorrect. These shipping charges will be subject to the respective brand/companies prices and policy.
Restocking fees
A stocking fee (5% to 25%, depending on brand and subject to the manufacturer's policy) may apply if the item is returned.
Returns outside of the return windows will not be refunded. Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply if an order is canceled before it ships. Once shipped, the items become subject to the return policy and restocking fees for that particular brand. Restocking fees and shipping fees will be charged to the customer if items were shipped, even if the customer did not claim the goods on the returned items.
Shipping fees charged to Kumans Technology may not be refundable to the customer.
Lost/stolen/damaged items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. And ensure to let us know right away.
Kumans Technology is not responsible for merchandise lost/stolen during or at delivery or damaged in transit. This is the responsibility of the courier. For lost/stolen/damaged items, a claim must be filed by the customer with the shipping courier. Please provide us with the claim number.
Warranties
After your purchase, the product is subject to the brand's warranty policy. These policies may be found on the original suppliers/manufacturers' website or by contacting them. The warranty time lengths are also listed on the product page on our website. If your product needs to be replaced or repaired, we will be on your side to help you get the best after-care of the brand you bought.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. At this point, we do not have any control over the speed of the refund so please be patient. The bank or payment processing service may take up to 7 business days to transfer the funds back into your account.
To receive your refund for returning a product that you were not satisfied with, send us a copy of the shipping receipt and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
International shipments: If we ship your light to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package and you will not be refunded from us. Also, we will not take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.
